These terms cover your use of jebrilosawaru.com and booking a 1:1 call with me. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who I am
This website is run by Jebril Osawaru, based in Poland. You can reach me at support@jebrilosawaru.com. You must be 18 or older to book a call or buy from me.
2. Using the website
You're welcome to read, share links to and learn from this site. Please don't:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to harm, mislead or harass anyone;
- try to break into it, overload it, or get around its security;
- copy large parts of it with automated tools, or reuse it to train AI models, without my written permission.
3. My content
The text, photos, pictures and design on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. You may quote short parts with a credit and a link back. For anything more, ask me first.
Names such as Claude Code, Codex, Cal.com, Composio, Meta, WordPress and others belong to their owners. I mention them because I use them; I'm not affiliated with them unless I say so.
4. The 1:1 call
- Price. The call is free for now. If that changes, the price will be shown clearly before you book.
- Booking is a request. I read every request myself. I may confirm it, decline it, or cancel a confirmed call at my discretion, for example if I don't think I can help. A call is booked only once you receive my confirmation.
- Changing or cancelling. Use the links in your Cal.com emails. If you can't make it, please let me know at least 24 hours before, so the time can go to someone else.
- What it is. The call is general guidance on marketing and on setting up AI tools, based on my own experience. It isn't legal, financial, tax or medical advice, it doesn't create any partnership, employment or agency between us, and it isn't a promise of results. You decide what to do with it, and you're responsible for those decisions, including following the law and the rules of the platforms you use (for example Meta's advertising policies).
- AI tools. AI tools can make mistakes. Check what they produce before you rely on it or publish it, and keep your passwords and keys private.
- Recording. Neither of us records the call unless we both agree at the start.
- Your information. I keep what you share on the call confidential, and I don't use your business details publicly without your permission.
5. Examples and results
When I describe what I've built or achieved, those are my own experiences, told honestly. They aren't typical, they aren't a promise, and your results will differ, because they depend on your offer, your market, your effort and many things outside my control.
6. Buying from me
When I sell a product, the checkout is handled by a payment provider, and the price, what you get, and the refund or guarantee terms are shown on that product's page and at checkout. Those terms apply alongside these.
7. Links to other websites
This site links to others, such as my social profiles and Cal.com. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.
8. No guarantees, and limits on liability
I work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available, complete or error-free.
As far as the law allows:
- I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunities, that come from using the site, the call or anything I share;
- my total liability to you for anything related to the site or a call is limited to the amount you paid me for it, and to €50 where nothing was paid.
You agree to cover any loss I suffer because you broke these terms or misused the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited (for example for fraud, or for harm caused on purpose), or takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
How I handle your personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the courts of Poland. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
11. Changes, and the rest
I may update these terms when the site or the call changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If I don't enforce a part straight away, I haven't given up my right to do so later.
